In-Home Sales Designer – Closets & Garages

We are a locally owned, established brand (since 2005) with 10,000+ completed projects across Orange County. We’re growing and looking for driven, persuasive in-home sales professionals who want control over their schedule and earnings.
This is not a retail or showroom role. You will meet homeowners in their homes, lead the conversation, present solutions, and close deals on the first appointment using a proven process.
What You’ll Do
- Run in-home consultations with qualified homeowners (leads provided)
- Control the appointment from discovery through close
- Design custom closet and garage solutions using our tools
- Confidently present options, pricing, and next steps
- Close sales and manage your pipeline
- Represent a premium brand with professionalism

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
