Job Summary
Established Orange County Home Improvement Company is looking to hire an Receptionist / Sales and Marketing support person. The ideal person will be able to take direction from supervisor, have problem solving abilities, strong desire to learn and grow within the position. This person is vital to the success of our business and we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a fantastic team. Must be open minded, friendly, helpful and responsible. Looking for someone who wants to learn about business and can step into any task with energy and excitement.  This is a great entry level position and excellent training is provided. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Creating customer relationships through answering the phone and scheduling appointments for sales department
  • Process contracts & installation daily paperwork in company database 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office environment
  • Offer sales team support through scheduling appointments and helping on advertising and marketing
  • Assisting with social media management and email marketing
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of company office equipment
 
Qualifications
  • Smart and excited to learn
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to communicate efficiently and effectively in a team environment
  • Able to work independently at times with little supervision

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
