We are looking for a skilled carpenter/installer so we can transform even more people’s lives through organization and beauty.
This position plays a key role in installing custom cabinetry, communicating with homeowners, and transforming living spaces.
We’re looking for a Lead Installer / Carpenter who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to build a career, grow their skillset, and be part of a winning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install custom cabinetry, closets, and garage systems with a high level of precision
- Lead projects on-site and ensure jobs are completed to company standards
- Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience in clients’ homes
- Problem-solve on-site challenges with a solutions-first mindset
- Follow all company safety standards and installation processes
You’ll have:
- 2+ years of carpentry, finish work, or installation experience
(custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus) - Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on environment
- Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
